You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws. zeusupervive is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed in such content.

zeusupervive reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to the Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

zeusupervive reserves the right to change its fees at any time, provided that any changes will not affect your existing subscription until the end of your current billing cycle. You will be notified of any changes to fees prior to the next billing cycle.

In the event of a payment dispute, you must contact zeusupervive within thirty (30) days of the disputed charge. Failure to do so will constitute your acceptance of the charge.

8. Service Modifications

zeusupervive reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that zeusupervive will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

In the event of a significant modification to the Services, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms and any updates to the Services regularly.

Continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall zeusupervive’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting zeusupervive at [email protected]. zeusupervive may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we believe you are engaging in any prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
